For over 20 years Scott Kern has represented distribution and franchise businesses in transactions, financing, litigation and regulatory matters. He has served as the Chairman of the Franchise Section of the Connecticut Bar Association and is a member of the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising.
Scott's practice focuses on litigation and arbitration of franchise disputes, consulting with franchisors on all aspects of their business and corporate organization, drafting and registering franchise disclosure materials and representing franchise companies in transactional matters.
Mr. Kern also represents franchisees in the purchase and establishment of their franchised businesses.

Mr. Hillman has practiced franchise, antitrust and intellectual property law and litigation for over thirty years. He is the current Chairman of the Franchise Section of the Connecticut Bar, and is the past Chairman of the Franchise Section of the Maryland Bar and the 1300 member Business Law Section of the Maryland Bar. He was for six years an Editor of the American Bar Association Franchise Law Journal and has frequently spoken, written on, and taught judges, lawyers, and business persons franchise, antitrust, intellectual property and international trade law.
Allan's practice focuses on litigation and arbitration of franchise disputes and antitrust claims, administrative claims and compliance, drafting franchise agreements and disclosure materials and general counseling of franchise and distribution companies.
